Do you offer bulk discounts?Duh. Bulk discounts are automatically applied with each listing based off the number of items your purching. Check out our PRICING PAGE for the current rates and special deals we're running.You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org if you're wanting to order more than the posted quantities. Be sure to include as much information as possible such as the shipping location, date you'll need your items by, and the complexitiy of the design.
How quickly do your custom orders ship?It depends. Each listing as an estimated date of when your items are expected to leave our door. We will try our best to make sure your items arrive on time. You can DM us, or email email@example.com if you're in a time crunch.
Do you do weddings or large events?Yep. Check out the pricing page for our current rates. If you're looking to order more or want multiple item discounts, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Could you edit the photos for me?You betcha. You can send an uncropped, unedited photo. Or, if you're a photoshop wiz, you can do it youself. Upload the photo before you add the item to your cart, or email it to email@example.com. (Just be sure to let us know who or what we should edit).
Can I get an art proof/Can I see my order before it ships?Yes! We'll send you an art proof to the email you used to place the order. Please be on the lookout! We will NOT ship your order without your final approval, nor are we responible for a delay in ship.We unfortunately cannot send you a picture of your order before it ships—we don't want to ruin the surprise.
